Baron Tiba

Born towards the northern swamp land of what is now l own as the empire of nightlia . He was raised in a small tribal village raised to be a witch doctor or healer like his father was. However not for not his early life he abandoned the village when a plage claimed there lives with him being the only surviver somthing that sent him down his destined path as it made him obsessed with disease and medicin.    Being a Druid and a doctor he was well respected and Sort out by the fledgling kingdoms and city's that where begging to form. He eventually settled into a city known as Orlos. There with his high station he began to develop and create cures and disease at a whim for both fun and work. Eventually However his pension for creating  disease made the people suspicious and they captured and tortured him till he admitted to being a witch . Despite being good natured this broke him and as he was dragged to the gallows he released a plague with wiped out the hole city. The disease also effected him but he survived However he was not the same as his brain and personality had warped and twisted.    He then began to travel spreading plague and pestilence across the continent until he eventually made a disease so powerful and so beautiful the angle of plague himself went to Tiba and asked for it. In return he gave him the formula to become litch.    Over the years Tiba added to his power growing his collection of souls and diseases eventually turning into a Elder litch the most powerful kind. However in resent years he hasn't been sported often and chatter about his where abouts have gone altogether  aluding to a things to come.

Tiba was originally educated long before modern society formed. However despite this his acumalted knowledge on diseases and medicines is unmatched having such a deep knowledge only rivaled by the angle of plague himself.

His main achievements in the grand scheme of things are his asention to lichdome and his creation of the perfect disease known as the god plague so called as if unleashed it could even kill the gods themselves.

No failure have really been recorded however his defeat at the hands of the a small party of hero's known as Atlas was well documented however it did not leade to his death.
