The Stormcallers
The Stormcallers are an anti-authoritarian, anarchist sect devoted to a powerful entity known as The Stormlord. The stormlord is a massive, eel-like sky-dwelling entity with significant power over storms. The sect is more chaotic than anything, but the also tend more toward good than evil. Stormcallers hate the chafing of tyranny and oppression and believe that even the most well-intentioned of empires inevitably slide toward oppression and inequality. They are much more tolerant of small societies such as villages where people know one another and everyone is accountable for their actions.
