Father Selar Raelym
Father Selar Raelym is the youngest child of the venerable Ear Jon Raelym and does not stand to inherit much whenever his father ultimately passes. With this in mind, he went into the clergy and did well enough, but his true allegiance is to his nation rather than God, and that has kept him from developing the powers of a cleric, though he has brute-forced his way to some clerical magic through scholarship. He is a gifted administrator and manager and very loyal to Ser Willem and Lord Zekham. He's also surprisingly good in a fight.
