Early Life (376–395 PR)

  Draelith was born in Tibur to a Bhrytyran noble house that thrived on politics, trade in flesh, and power through marriage alliances. His father drilled him in knightly discipline, but his mother taught him the subtler arts of influence, temptation, and deception.   As he grew, Draelith’s reputation spread not just as a warrior, but as a seducer who left ruin in his wake. His scandals among the nobility escalated until his house was disgraced, his father slain in a feud, and Draelith cast out.  

The Road of Excess (395–418 PR)

  He wandered across Dragon Kingdom’s warfronts and Nedder Reach’s border conflicts, forging a mercenary company called The Violet Blades. His men fought with unmatched ferocity, but their camps became infamous for indulgence, cruelty, and ritualized revels.   As he aged, Draelith began to despair that his beauty and power would wither. He sought forbidden rites to preserve himself.  

Becoming Zlaniz’s Champion (418 PR)

  He performed a blasphemous sacrifice in the ruins of a Lamurian shrine. As the skies bled violet, Zlaniz appeared and claimed him, replacing his heart with a shard of amethyst flame.   His armor fused to his body, his flesh perfected, his soul bound to eternal hunger. He rose as the Violet Dread, Zlaniz’s chosen warlord.  

Now – Servant of Zlaniz and the God Hands

  Draelith serves as Zlaniz’s battlefield general, contrasting her other champions who focus on corruption, temptation, or whispers. His very presence on the field breaks armies: soldiers fall to lust, terror, or both.   He is remembered as the Knight of the Black Rose, leaving behind battlefields of corpses entwined with violet flowers.
