The time the gobs & kobs took over.

After being subjected to slavery and the soul sucker for so long, the goblins and kobolds revolted. Using society's technology against them, they were able to overpower the people in charge, along with the military.   Weeks of battle ensued with many deaths on both sides. However, the goblins and kobolds, who had been bred to have massive numbers, won in the end. They pushed what was left of society into hiding, as they began to tyrannize their slavers and use the soul sucker against them.   What was known as society up to that point had crumbled, and a new era of tyranny had begun.
