The Astral Sea

A neutral plane, between the celestial plane, and underworld. An endless expanse of life energy and souls. It is a great, silvery sea with swirling wisps of white and gray streaking among motes of light resembling distant stars. In the center, is the great Spire. A gargantuan Crystal tower, that towers out of sight into the heavens, traveling all the way to the Celestial plane. It plunges into the depths of the astral sea, That acts as a impenetrable barrier to the underworld.
