An Artificial Island floating above the land of Reveratel yet a part of the land. It is a neutral land that is defending the land against the imposing factions. It draws individuals with large amounts of Resonance around the area, it has become a warground for those without a home along with an area that is after the Ancient technology and Ancient Civilisation that once belonged under the nation and on it covered by war and destruction.
The Land is divided into various districts that are generally known as unclaimed but ruled over by the Benefactors of Hope. It is told in rumors that the land is protected by a great force slumbered there. This force was said to drain the element from anything that remained in contact. The land is powered by a extremely portent Wind Crystal that was taken from the Isle de Aero , which gave the artificial land its core planet and natural formation that it would look like its
Government
Notre Caelium is governed by the Council of Hope. There are said to be 5 council members which each support a section of the city and all take charge of the middle section of the city. This land is kept as a guardian to darkness and light and is seen as neutral too all parties and individuals.
Defences
It has a wind barrier around the city that helps ward of destructive threats and an army of individuals who fight against oncoming attacks filled with the Armies of the Reverted Hope Guard.
Districts
The Notre Caelium District is divided into six sections each divided into an leader/benefactor who commands the district:
- The Purple District also known as the Entertainment District ruled over by Aurora Andrea. This district is known for its resturants and pop culture that rule the district, bringing individuals of immense talent and good looks who have been said to be an high tourism spot for visitors who want to risk it all for the love, debachery and entertainment that is brought to this part. It does not have a unique style as they support unique individualism and different designs changed for the norm.
- The Blue District also known as the Healer' District ruled over by Annebelle La Cray. This district is known for its trade in healers magic and those who are of poor health and need to stay. Her Order of Healers helps govern the land and makes sure it takes care of its many individuals who stay over time. Due to the attention of this place, it helps keep The Reverted Hope individuals safe and healthy for the ongoing war on the surface world.
- The Green District known as the Residential District, this place is known for the residents, each having multiple layers that go into the sky or the ground. This layer is filled with taverns and markets that scream residential, all bringing together a community of fun and enjoyment. Due to it having an large population, it has been designed with tram systems that travel around, it is also where the Nobles and Residents have a divide as most homes have been taken by the noble houses of different countries which has taken up most of the room to the land below.
- The Yellow District ruled by Bagoum the Tech Wizard, this district been the latest of them and divided into two separate districts from the education section to the industry section. This area provides jobs for most of the individuals who live in Notre Caelium, along with an education for new and fresh minds. It is known as a tough school and industry to get into and most of 50% of applicants do not get in.
- The Red District, A gated community in close proximity to the Abbey or Temples of Holy Order, and on the edge of town. All necromancy, reanimations, summoning, or conversing with the dead, must take place within the borders of the necropolis. Seances and Funerals are mostly taken into this district and repeat offenders of crimes are normally jailed within the district however it is seen as unlawful for certain acts to work here. This is known as the hub of the city where visitors and individuals who do not have permits for the inside of the city take place, only having permitted permission to travel to the other districts excluding the Entertainment District, it has briefly been turned into a hub spot for refugees that want to live here due to the ongoing war on the surface but other parts use to call this the Enlightened District.
- The Orange District, a gated community to the part within the center, this land is filled with lush trees and nature and is where most of the government buildings are taken place from the Guard Station to Firefighters and to other services that help keep the city on track and in order. There is a palace in the center where the Lordship is living and where the council of individuals take care of business. It is a neutral land where nobles and common folk are seen to have no separate interests.
Tourism
The Entertainment District is where most individuals go for their goods, from Shopping Centers to Coliseums to Amphitheatres, It has it all for the entertainment district
