Khalos the Bright
Khalos the Bright is a celestial-touched officer of the Sons of Mercy, currently serving as the organization's frontman in their Lady's Ward barracks. Dealing with public inquiries as well as liaising with contractors and mercenaries, he is kind and honest, but perceptive.

Khalos is a bald, middle-aged man with a beard. He is of human stock, but the influence of the upper planes appears to almost give him a visible halo.
