Tela (mineral)

Only things made with 75% or more composition of Tela can survive a supernova. it is the hardest material known to Phoenix hind including everything found on Earth. The royal family had a tradition of performing the Tela-Tona with the help of a master essence weaver and master blacksmith to create a piece of jewelry for every new member of the royal family to be presented to them at their naming ceremony.

Tela is a shiny silver metal with light purple hint and flecks of darker purple.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Tela resists fire. It has a super high melting point. It requires a special very special ceremony (the Tela-Tona) to melt and shape the mineral. it is also very hard after the Tela-Tona and almost impossible to melt or shape again.

Compounds

mall bits of Tela are often chipped off and added to other minerals to make them stronger and more fire resistant.

Geology & Geography

It is found deep inside active volcanoes. It is most often under the deepest hottest part of the magma. only the bravest and most powerful Phoenixes dare to search for it.

Life & Expiration

It takes thousands of years for Tela to start to deteriorate. Many family heirlooms have at least a little Tela in them to help them withstand the time and heat of being passed from Phoenix to Phoenix.
