Djinnii
These ghuls are the torn soul of a dwarven primal, wandering the mortal realm forever looking for a means to return to life, regain physical form. They are one of few spirits capable of doing this themselves, but only after consuming a thousand souls, and granting the last three wishes before they die can they become Genies, physical being with incredible power over creation and metamorphosis. However, if a djinn is rendered unable to fulfill one of the wishes of this soul, they forever become twisted into a Jinni, a bitter spirit with the limited powers of a Djinn trapped in an incorporeal form.
