Headquarters of the Company of Irregular Adventurers
In the main square of @Reservoir, between the town hall and the barracks, stands a stately building with a freshly painted sign "The Company of Irregular Adventurers".
Inside, members of the company can receive basic lodgings, share what they've learned and prepare for new trips out into the wasteland.
Voychik's Reading Room
One party of the Irregular Adventurers made contact with Ithar (the hermit wizard to the west) and received books for Voychik to borrow.
Since then, Voychik has designated a smallish room off the main hall as the "reading room". The borrowed books, and some others from Voychik's collection are be available to read here. There's also writing and drawing equipment available for adventurers to keep journals of their exploits in whatever form they choose.
