Welcome to the strange, disorganized, and hopefully worth it passion project of this strange fellow! His(my) name is Ben and I hail from a little valley in Colorado where he(I) watched the clouds go by instead of doing homework. I(he[this is getting old.]) started attempting to write creatively when I was 11, and since I have had one main fantasy world and story in mind. When introduced to the wondrous concept of a Table Top RPG I was quickly hooked, and I started running DND campaigns and one shots in 2020. Since I have done quite a bit of work on both subjects and am fighting to cut time out of my ridiculous life distractions (work, school, paying bills, and cooking delicious meals) to continue to develop my worlds and write out stories that I want to tell. As ever, scheduling is the true BBEG of any TTRPG. On this site mostly you will find some creative writing excercises to keep the neurons fresh and a short story that is a work-in-progress. You should be able to find links to my other official World Anvil "worlds" for the worldbuilding center for my novel ideas and separately for the world containing all my DND homebrew world. As a writer and game master, I delve into themes of wonder, the struggle between darkness and light, and personal experiences from my life. I love telling stories that excite or bring awe to the reader. I enjoy subverting expectations and betraying my players. I draw from the many movies and books I have fallen in love with since I was a child. The works of Tolkien, George Lucas, and Matthew Mercer were critical in my development.
