It is usually bright, and can appear as semi-translucent smoke zooming towards the object of control. In other cases like Zachary Alexandar it manifests within him as speed or outside him as pure electric energy.
Localization
Abilities are manifested in the mind, and energy lies in the heart. The combination of the two flows from the hands.
