Phasing
"What do you think would happen to.... mmmm say a rat, if you where to Phase it? Would it die? Or could it be frozen in time, only to be released years later having not aged at all? That'd be so cool. Could you imagine? Coming outa there when the caster dies, years later. The things you'd see, or not see i suppose."
Effect
Phase items slightly out of reality, binding them to the casters unique magic, and putting it into a type of storage that cannot be touched.
Manifestation
When phasing an item, it maintains its shape and color, but visibly turns to dust that fades away from right to left. The effect happens in reverse when you take this out of your storage.
Effect Duration
It is potentially bound to the persons soul. Only after death does spell wear off and the objects reform on top of their body. It is never consistent when it wears off.
Effect Casting Time
One minute to take in or store the object. Binding anything takes a long, varried time. Based on the size of the object, magical aptitude of the caster, and talent of the user.
Range
On their body or near the hands. It also does not require a tool. Uniquely neither needing touch.
Level
A time consuming skill, many cant be bothered to learn it.
Applied Restriction
It requires a large amount of energy to phase an object. the larger objects the less likely one can store it. The living completely resist the spell.
