Mel is a quick-witted halfling with a roguish smile and an easy charm that draws people in. He has a soft voice made for storytelling, a sharp tongue for negotiation, and a laugh that’s contagious in any tavern. His clothing is practical but stylish—layered vests, polished boots, and a cloak that seems to shimmer just a bit more than it should. A well-loved lute is always nearby, slung across his back or resting beside his seat at the Gilded Harp.

He has tousled auburn curls, usually tucked under a wide-brimmed hat or tied back with a ribbon when he’s in “work mode.” His green eyes are observant and warm, always seeming to catch more than he lets on.

• He is now the proprietor of the Gilded Harp, a cozy and welcoming inn that doubles as his stage, workspace, and home base. It is a cornerstone of Rozcesti’s cultural and social life, especially during festivals like Frostfaire.
