Fleshbeast

General

Fleshbeast is term used to describe any being created naturally or artificially and made primarily of human meat. Many of them are horribly disfigured in some way   The origins of each fleshbeast vary between members. The first fleshbeasts were created through the inhumane experiments from Parasol Industries, combining the flesh of "vollenteers" to produce new living entities. As the years went on, fleshbeast creation became more sophisticated, with many being made with a combination of human and animal DNA.

Appearance

With the exception of a few fleshbeast subspecies, nearly all fleshbeast is unique in shape, size, number of appendages, oraphases etc. The oldest fleshbeasts are horribly disfigured, many do not even have skin. Later experiments are more stable and have a more uniformed shape. The overall appearance of a fleshbeast can be used to determine when it was created.

Powers

• Hive Minded: Many lower intellect fleshbeasts have demonstrated a hive mind connection with eachother.

Weaknesses

• A Burning Sensation: Like most creatures, fleshbeasts are not immune to fire. But it kills them much faster than anything else.
• Melted Brain: Due to the destruction of part or whole of the brain when created, many fleshbeasts have devolved into an animal state. This can make them highly dangerous.

Trivia

• The true number of fleshbeasts that have been created by the Parasol Corporation has never been discovered.
• Many fleshbeasts that are able to escape the labs never make it far in the wild. A vast majority of them become food themselves to natural predators such as foxes, wolves and mimics.
