Purpose
The purpose was to end all use of the Needless, in warfare, or for any purpose what-so ever.
Document Structure
Clauses
Clause 1: The production and reproduction, as well as the study, of any Needless or technology deemed in a similar nature, is forbidden
Clause 2: Any use of Needless, or any automation mechanisms for fighting war in the stead of soldiers, is forbidden
Clause 3: The ownership of all Needless is revoked, and they are all to be destroyed by the formarly owning party.
Clause 4: The concept of Needless is publicly denounced by all who sign this agreement
Clause 5: All members of the Imperial Confederation of Equal States must sign
Caveats
If the voluntary destruction of Needless is deemed unsatisfactory by the Imperial court, they will be personally decommissioned by the Ministry of Integrity, or the Imperial Armed Forces if deemed suitable.
If there is resistance after this point, all other nations who signed this pact, must and will declare a military intervention.
