The Crystam Confederation
The Crystam Confederation makes up all of Cerul. When Phil woke, he found the crystams locked in the Mountain, while the humans fought outside of their door.
When Phil heard this, he commanded the crystams to establish order. This caused the first Great War. The crystams used crystals to make weapons that were more powerful than what the humans had. They crushed any resistance, and brought the world to peace.
They created the Crystam Confederation. This opened trade throughout the world.
