A formidable and highly secretive thieves guild in Tekko, Valubandontan, and Nitumilpa

A single person leads the entire guild as it spans 3 nations, each nation has its head of operations but they all report to a single individual. At least they are supposed to, since there is such a distance between the three capitals, it is hard to say for sure. What is known is that there have been unexplained openings/opportunities for a new head of operations at various times.
