Shadows of the Mountaintop: Unfinished Business

Nightfall would not let the orders of her goddess go undone. She was tasked to finish off the sleeping angels she'd been forced to leave alive, and she would ensure their deaths. Secreting away with an ally who wouldn't find these murders unconcionable she returned to the secret lab nestled within the Deathbringers. Upon entering the chamber where the angels lay slumbering, Nightfall found a few demons that had happened upon her prey, using the blood of the angels to perform what she deduced was a summoning ritual. Not wanting to allow them to summon whatever they were summoning and not willing to let them take her kills, Nightfall made quick work of the demonic creatures with the help of Milo. Soon after, finishing off what the demons had started, leaving the long-abandoned facility now truly devoid of life.
