Prim had watched the war ravage the lands of Pandora, and now it was time to regrow from the ashes. In a peace treaty signed by the warring nations of the continent the majority of the Black Forest was to be turned into a new nation, with Dryads Mill as its capital. From this, Sylvaris was born a new nation. Dryads Mill had its name changed in commemoration as it was declared the capital. Now being known as Dryadwyn. Prim assigned a group of trusted friends to roles of import within her empire. Afterwards she set her decrees as the law of the land, then signed a litany of alliances and trade edicts with fellow empires happy to see a new power rising in the Black Forest.
