Hoat
Has a sizeable forest on the Western edges of its hilly region and a long, well-populated coastline. Fishing, farming, mining; Hoat has a little of it all, giving it a well rounded economy and a large measure of self-sufficiency. Was leader of the Confederacy spilt and still has occasional conflict with Chasroth over its exact southern border. However, sees Iren as a main competitor due to their large nautical interests. The main city and capital, Isleld, is a large port city and has the largest fleet after the Imperial Navy. A canal connects the city with the northern Inner Sea.
