Katiba Grimoire Brasseyes
Katiba Grimoire Brasseyes is the daughter of Vizier Aegis and Viziera Sybiline Brasseyes of the noble House of Brasseyes. Although she is 40 years old in Human years, she is still very much a teenager by Gnome standards (and has been for a while). Despite being one of the founding members of Cody's Gang, she remains the youngest mentally.
Although Grimoire frequently dabbles in dangerous magic and tends to keep her cards close to her chest, which makes her an unsettling presence among the younger generation of nobles, she has also shown herself to keep her word, which lends her an iota of trustworthiness.

Cody Bakerstreet: Grimoire's only true friend. Unknown to Cody, Grimoire has marked him with a rune that allows her to keep tabs on whether or not he is in trouble.
Hugo Dargent: Although mostly passing acquaintances in the court, Grimoire knows more of Hugo's secrets than most of the other nobility, and probably vice versa. As well as the incident at Tyl'rr Do'urden's cage fight in Barker's Menagerie, Hugo has revealed his ability to shapeshift to her while she was calling in a favour.
They are both marginally aware of the other's interest in the forbidden survivor deities, with Grimoire recognising the effects of the Prince in Saffron in the rebel attack on the Ironside Estate, and the unique Panopticon dagger given to Hugo by Jonas Fogg. Grimoire has also demonstrated a fascination with Divs, and even bound Fake-Yvette in her magical book "for study", which is more illegal than anything she has seen Hugo commit.
While both have indicated that they will not reveal each others secrets in a sort-of mutually assured destruction pact, it still remains to be seen whether their inadvisable trust in each other is unfounded.
