Boggin
Boggin is a Gnomish tinkerer who owns a shop in the Academic District. While not a member of the North Town University faculty, Boggin has an ongoing deal with the university to provide lab materials for their classes.

Disguised as Peabody, Vulpix purchased a bunch of items from Boggin's shop, in preparation for sabotaging the Mason Foundry. Using his Accompished Haggler ability, Vulpix was able to purchase a Jar of Lightning, Bottled Lightning, 2 pots of glowing ink in Klank and Coggleford colours and a heap of brass metal scraps for only 723 gp, which is less than the Jar of Lightning on its own would usually cost.
