Second Heraklionian Civil War

Worsening conditions and extinction of many races under the rule of Yuan-Ti, second heraklionian civl war rise. Elves provided crutial knowledge and skill for this war as those who lived through the first one could share information and proved themself as valuable generals.
  This war lasted for over a century and this time it wasn't a lot of smaller armies, but large forces that could together match the numbers of Yuan-Ti. However the forces were scattered across the continent and were unable to connect due to most of the land being in hard control of Yuan-Ti.
