The Sinner (a.k.a. The Entertainer)
You appear in this domain, full of uncannily childlike decorations, and feel somehow welcomed yet dreadful you as you hear a laugh that would seem so warm if it weren't.. empty. You whirl your head around and see a man oh-so near yourself, dressed in clothing you would think of when one spoke of a child's entertainer.
"Welcome!" He says with a smirk. "This," He gestures around himself like a showman, doing a sort of twirl in the process. "Is my kingdom. I am the Entertainer. What's your purpose here?" He waits expectantly, as you wrack your mind desperately to remember why. You give up eventually, and tell him you have no clue why you've come here.
His grin widens unsettlingly, yet it welcomes you supernaturally. "Ah, you're here for the party. Come on, I'll show you to the party room." You follow, against yourself, and numbly realize something as you walk.
There's red specks all over the place.

The Sinner appears as a tall man with tan skin, short dark brown hair, and purple eyes. He also appears very gaunt, with a large grin. He is depicted wearing either purple garb, or very colorful child's entertainer's clothing.

Personal history
The Sinner is said to have been a truly notorious serial killer, targeting children and teenagers alike. It's said the gods damned him, but something dark and evil, possibly dark magic from his murders, revived him as a god.
But nobody can say it's true for sure, but it makes sense as he is an extremely new god, seemingly at most having existed for one or two generations. The Sinner simply revels in the fear the stories that gather at his feet garner.
