Deemed not of-use to the Enclave, the few remaining Ozark ghouls are displaced from their regular communities. Adeline, understanding her fellows' need for community as a way to stay sane, encourage relocation to Eureka Springs, now re-named Eureka Gulch due to the intense radiation of the ground and river waters.
