Bright Serpent Tulloch

Tulloch is one of the Six Elemental Beasts the All Dragon created when he absorbed the world's Magical Energy, Tulloch is known for its Long snake like appearance with rainbow feathers scattered around it's head. He often hides in caves during the Hot months avoiding the intense sunlight, while in colder months they are seen climbing and resting on the highest mountain peaks basking in the few hours of sun the rainy season has each day.   The Radientance of Tulloch's scales created the religion Luminous.   During the rainy season Tulloch stays on-top of mountain peaks to bask in the small amount of sunlight. Weather it is rain or shine Tulloch is resting.   On the rare occasions they will shead their scales and head feathers while it rains the weather carries these materials down the rivers to the populated area's. If someone finds a feather, it is said to give untold luck for generations or grants a wish to whoever holds it. If someone finds a scale, it is said to give the wearer the ability to see in the dark or gain the ability to make a small light apear in their hands, no matter of status. These materials are so highly sort after many people have lost their lives trying to obtain one from Tulloch themselves. These materials tend to last for about 100 years if taken care of properly.
