Mesmerize- can gaze into a human's eyes to induce a near obsessive obedience to the vampire. Human must make a will save to resist taking orders from the vampire.
minor illusions- a Toreador can alter the appearance of things through illusions, changing characteristics like shape, size, or color. Fully illusory objects cannot be created through minor illusions.
Toreador are the Ekon bloodline known for their inhuman beauty and love of attention. They're often associated with the arts of music and theater, and are capable of manipulating minds with ease. They're not much stronger or faster than when they were Human, so they generally avoid fights with creatures of the night. Mesmerization, illusions, and natural charisma are their tools for gathering masses of human admirers.

Taylor Momsen is known for dancing around the masquerade, publishing songs with obvious allusions to vampirism.
