Territory Burning

Territory burning is the act of destabilizing the human population of a vampire's territory so the vampire can no longer live there sustainably, and must take high risks to feed themselves.  Since humans will rapidly infil the area once the burning is complete, it is used as an aggressive method of expanding one's territory.  Territory burning can be done by literally setting fire to people's residences, or by spreading a disease, poisoning the food/water supplies, etc.  It is quite obviously highly illegal in any civilized region of the world.
