Telekinesis

Telekinesis can be taken as a stunt for any Vampire or other magically powerful character. Casting it uses the mana skill, and a roll 3x as high as the relevant physical skill. For example, putting a key into a lock and turning it would require a mana roll of 3+, but not a precision roll, since basic actions that require a skill roll of 1 or less default to 1.   Telekinesis also uses half the blood points as the DC. Lifting a heavy crate that would require a prowess roll of 2+ would require a mana roll of 6+, and cost 3 blood points.   The mana requirement for using telekinesis can be reduced with practice.
Telekinesis is the ability to move objects with one's mind. While it's a very famous and flashy magical ability, it's not a very common one, even amongst Vampires and other magically-powerful creatures. It takes a certain mental fortitude and patience that many lack.

Effect

With telekinesis, objects can be lifted and manipulated with the mind instead of the body. This is useful for manipulating objects that can't be reached physically due to distance or obstacles.

Manifestation

Moving an object with the mind takes at least twice the amount of strain it would take to lift it with the body, assuming an equally powerful mind and body. Some powerful telekinetics can lift more with their minds than bodies, but this is rare.
Gestures & Ritual
Telekinesis requires focusing on the object and how the caster wants it to be moved. Gesturing may make it easier to do this, but it's mostly a psychological thing.
Level
3
Applied Restriction
Telekinesis is cast using magical power, and it's much harder to lift or precisely manipulate objects with the mind than the body. This difficulty can be reduced with practice, but magical practice requires magical sustenance.
