Marshall Bourgeau
Mr. Marshall Bourgeau (a.k.a. The Potato Man)
A rather friendly gentleman whose generosity has managed to earn him protection from gangs, and even local vampires, Mr. Bourgeau can be found wandering around New Orleans with a wooden cart carrying a potato sack. He offers his potatoes for free, allowing customers to pull seemingly limitless potatoes out of his sack, but will not let anybody take the sack itself. Most of the potatoes in the sack are russet potatoes, but he may add layers of other kinds of tubers as well, if asked to.

General Physical Condition
Mr. Bourgeau is an overall healthy individual with strong arms and good overall endurance, but who has clearly never been in a fight. In the summer, he may have visible tan lines from the T-shirts he wears.
Identifying Characteristics
With rather bushy eyebrows and a mustache, Mr. Bourgeau is pretty easy to identify, as long as he doesn't shave.
Apparel & Accessories
Mr. Bourgeau dresses rather nicely most of the time, wearing a business casual suit if the weather allows, and wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans during summer.
