Mankato, MN
Right on the borders of the Louisiana Territory and the Providence of Quebec, Mankato is the 5th largest city in Minnesota with a high population of Vampires. This city is known for its high murder rate and the Minnesota river running through it.

The ownership of Mankato goes back and forth between the Louisiana Territory and the Providence of Quebec. Depending on the situation, the territory may effectively be an anarchy zone, or be ruled by both night courts simultaneously.
Infrastructure
At the center of Mankato are several museums. Several of the doctors working at the Mayo Clinic are knowledgeable about vampire and medicine. The Hubbard House serves as the entrance to the underground. Despite, or perhaps because of the high vampire activity, there are quite a few churches scattered around the city.
Geography
Split in two by the Minnesota River, Mankato is a rather dense city surrounded by forests and plains.
