Brothers' Territory
The only Night Court to use human borders, the Brothers own the original 13 British colonies, and consider themselves to be an extension of the Ascalon Club, although that sentiment isn't reciprocated. They have many of the same laws, although updating them is difficult due to Ascalon cutting ties with them after they failed to prevent the colonies from declaring independence.

Public Agenda
The Brothers of Ascalon seek to uphold the vision of the great and noble Ascalon Club in the colonies. This land belongs to America, not to the savages and illegal aliens. Full membership is strictly for male Ekon with a certain degree of mystical power. Some Vulkod have their uses, however, but the abominations must be exterminated.

The vampires living in the Brothers' territory are primarily of British descent, although immigration brings in all types.
Territories
The original 13 British colonies are the territory of the Brothers of Ascalon. They were claimed during the European Invasion.
Military
Leon Augustin organizes the law enforcement. Housed in each of the clubhouses are 2 teams; covert and overt ops. Overt ops openly execute lawbreakers and intimidate the population into compliance. The covert ops assassinate or 'convince' tricky targets that are either hard to kill in straight combat, or whose execution by the Brothers would look bad.

Their borders are some of the least heavily contested, due to heavy MKA presence. The Olde Nations are more concerned with keeping them in their own borders than expanding to the east.
Trade & Transport
The Brothers of Ascalon meddle with human trade in order to make their fortune, and exert some control over the stock market, as well as various companies and organizations.
Infrastructure
The Brothers of Ascalon have clubhouses in each of the 13 colonies, which provide sanctuary for the vampires inside, along with entertainment and medical services. Markets generally aren't housed in those clubhouses, but salesmen of all types can be found within.
