The Fall of the Crests.

The Fall of the Crests is a recent civil war within Crestfall- hence the name. About 5 years back tensions peaked between the crest families and they began to fight each other, using the strength of the populations around them... However, the people did not like this at all and began to band together in an attempt to overthrow the Crest families. After long warfare between the rebel groups and those loyal to the Crest families, the war came to an end. Many people fled the country and many, many people died. But now, the Crest families there are no more. The new ruling party of Crestfall is a few groups of the previous rebels who have... "worked together" to get everything semi-organized. But now the new ruling parties are fighting against each other because they can't decide who will rule what or what the laws will be. Resources are low, inflation is high. With the money from the Crest families spread out throughout the populous, the value per unit of P has gone down. Things here are very disorganized and chaotic. The future of Crestfall is, as of yet, uncertain.
