WHAT IS THE OTHERVERSE?
Otherverse is the shared universe my stories take place in and encompasses Earth and Caenar.
Ceanar is not one world but many. It is a world of worlds (or Realms) existing within a pocket reality where magic is far, far stronger than in our own. Caenar is the seed of our myths and legends of other worlds for Earth is connected to it and travel between the two is possible for those who know the means.
There are two categories that my stories fall into; those set on Earth at various times throughout history and those set predominately across the realms of Caenar. The stories set in the former tend to be more self-contained and smaller in scale, often involving normal (mostly) ordinary humans encountering supernatural entities and forces from Caenar. Most of the time they are unaware of Caenar, though certain characters will be cognizant of the true nature of their reality. The other story set on Caenar will be primarily the Ascension War; a dark fantasy that will span multiple Realms and be a more epic, grand scale saga.
