This item has 4 charges and regains 1 charge each day at dawn. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet makes an attack, you can use your reaction to ring the bell and expend a charge. When you do, you can either grant the creature advantage on the attack roll or cause the attack to deal an additional die of damage if it hits. This item regains an expended charge if the target reduces a creature to 0 hit points with the attack.
