When you cast this spell, all creatures which have dealt damage to you since the end of your last turn must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, those creatures take 4d4 slashing damage and are blinded until the start of their next turn. On a success, they take half as much damage and are not blinded.
At Higher Levels When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for every slot level above 1st.
