Sensei’s Divining Top

This large and clunky spinning top is inscribed with dozens of runes, cramped so tightly together as to be nearly unreadable, and is totally hollow on the inside. This item has 1 charge. You can use an action to expend a charge and perform a 5 minute ritual, during which you spin the top, using its results to divine the near future. At the end of the ritual, roll 3d10, and record the highest result. Whenever you roll a d20, you can choose to replace the result with the result recorded from the ritual. You must do so after rolling, but before knowing the result. You can do this any time before the end of your next long rest or before you perform the ritual again. The top regains expended charges each day at dawn, or whenever you cast a divination spell.
