Rescue from the Underworld
You attempt to resurrect a deceased creature in the most direct way possible– by traveling to the land of the dead, and bringing their spirit back to the mortal coil. The creature that you are attempting to resurrect must have been dead for no longer than 1 year, and must have an Intelligence of 5 or greater. After casting this spell, you immediately die. Then, if the soul of the creature you are attempting to resurrect is willing and able, you both return to life. Otherwise only you return. When the creature is resurrected, its body immediately appears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you, in the same condition as it was just before the creature’s death. Any mortal wounds on the body are healed, any limbs lost prior to death are restored, and any conditions affecting the creature at the time of its death immediately end.
