Psychic Intrusion
You can use your reaction to cast this spell when another creature that you can see within range casts a spell. You attempt to tear through the psychic protections around the target’s mind, forcing it to make an Intelligence saving throw. On a successful save, the target takes 6d8 psychic damage and nothing else happens. On a failed save, the secrets once held within the target’s mind become yours, and you learn the actions and methods necessary to cast the spell which the target just cast. Until you cast this spell again, or until the end of your next short or long rest, you can cast the same spell the target just cast as if it were a spell that you know and have prepared. You must still expend a spell slot of the appropriate level to cast the spell, and must provide all necessary material components for the spell’s casting.
