Messenger’s Speed

When you cast this spell, the muscles in your legs begin to burn with an overwhelming desire to move, as thin lines of red lightning trace their way across your body. For the duration of the spell, your movement speed is doubled, your movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity, and you can move through other creatures’ spaces as if they were difficult terrain. Whenever you do so, that creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw or take 1d8 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. At the end of each of your turns, if you have not moved your full walking speed since the start of your turn, the spell automatically ends. When the spell ends, you automatically suffer one level of exhaustion for each hour of the spell’s duration, rounded up.
