For the duration on the spell, all creatures other than yourself within 200 feet of the affected space or object that takes an action, bonus action, or reaction becomes incapacitated until the end of their next turn. A creature unaffected by the spell can use an action on their turn to allow an affected creature they can see to ignore the effects of the spell for 1 round.
