Hysterical Blindness

Each creature in a 30-foot radius, including yourself, must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be blinded for the spell’s duration. A blinded creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Whenever a blinded creature is hit by a melee attack or hits another creature with a melee attack, the other creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or also be blinded for the spell’s duration.
