Heretic’s Punishment
When you cast this spell and as a bonus action on each of your turns for the spell’s duration, choose a creature that you can see within range. A burning red light appears above the target, illuminating it and forcing it to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save the target takes 3d10 radiant damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn. On a success the target takes half as much damage and is not blinded. Whether the target succeeds or fails, it then rolls 3d10. If two or more of these dice have the same result, the target must make another Constitution saving throw against the spell’s effects.
