Bearing a white and black color scheme, this cloak is finely decorated with gilt trimming of gold and silver thread spun from precious metals, giving it an unusual weight. While wearing the cloak you can speak the command word to cause wings of multicolored, stained glass to spread from your back. These wings give you a flying speed of 40 feet, and while using them you have an advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks to perform aerial maneuvers. In addition, you can use the sharp edges of the wings as a weapon in flight, which you are considered proficient with. The wings are a light weapon with the finesse property, and deal 1d4 slashing damage on a hit. Whenever you deal damage with the wings, you automatically regain a number of hit points equal to the damage dealt.
