Forbidden Alchemy
Even though others have different ways of accessing it, you know that all magic comes from the arcane laws that govern the world, and interacting with those laws leaves a mark, even after death. As you cast this spell, you use the alchemical reagents to dissolve and diffuse the body of the spellcaster, extracting the remnant magic from the corpse and injecting it into yourself. The DM chooses four spells that the spellcaster knew in life, and you choose one of those spells. For the duration of the spell or until the end of your next long rest, you can cast the chosen spell as if you knew it and had it prepared, even if the spell is not on the Wizard spell list.
Flashback If you’ve already cast this spell since the end of your last long rest, you can instead choose to cast it as a Flashback spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher. If you do, you instead gain the ability to cast all four of the spells chosen by the DM. In addition, the duration of this spell becomes indefinite, and you can cast each spell up to three times before its effects end.
