Drop of Honey

A stylized, golden hourglass, crafted from shining bronze. The top of the hourglass is shaped to represent the head of a bee, while the bottom is a large drop of honey falling from the bee’s mouth. Instead of being filled with sand, the hourglass is filled with honey. As an action, you may speak the command word and flip this hourglass, beginning a very slow, but steady, stream of liquid. Each round after being activated, at the beginning of your turn, the hourglass magically deals 5d8 necrotic damage to the creature with the lowest remaining hit points within 120 feet of the hourglass. You may speak a command word to stop the effects of the hourglass, but only after it has reduced at least one creature to 0 hit points.
