Desert Twister
A searing hot sandstorm begins, tossing dust and debris around you in the range of the spell. Choose a creature that you can see within range. A twisting spiral of hot desert sand descends upon the target from the sky, forcing them to make a Constitution saving throw. Flying creatures have disadvantage on this saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 6d12 bludgeoning damage and 6d12 fire damage and becomes blinded. On a success, the target takes half as much damage, and is not blinded. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the blindness. On each of your turns until the spell ends, you can use your action to call down another twister in this way again, targeting the same creature or a different one. If you are outdoors in a sandstorm when you cast this spell, the spell gives you control over the existing storm instead of creating a new one. Under such conditions, the bludgeoning damage and the fire damage of the spell each increase by 1d12.
