City in a Bottle
An intricately crafted, infinitely detailed, miniature city contained within a large glass bottle. As an action, you may point the bottle at a creature you can see within 30 feet, and speak the command word. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, or be sucked into the bottle, shrinking down to the same scale as the city contained within the bottle as they do so. The city within the bottle automatically generates enough food and water to feed the number of living creatures trapped within the bottle. Creatures within the bottle can not leave without the aid of spellcasting. The only spells which allow a creature to leave the bottle are those which allow interplanar travel, such as planeshift or gate. The gravity within the bottle ignores any effects from outside the bottle, so shaking the bottle does not disrupt residents of the city within. A creature holding the bottle can speak a command word to automatically be transported to the city within the bottle, and speaking the command word again allows the creature to leave at any time. The number of creatures the bottle may hold varies depending on the size of the bottle and the city within, ranging from a few hundred, to several thousand for the largest. If the bottle is broken, the magic dissipates, and all creatures within are immediately released and returned to their original size. These creatures appear in the nearest unoccupied space to the bottle’s location, beginning with the last creature to be put in the bottle, and working backwards.
